WE LOVE PETS TOO!

Pets are welcome at any of Manor Leasing’s properties when they meet the terms below.

$250 pet security deposit shall be paid prior to move-in. This is in addition to the residential security deposit and is refundable after move-out as long as there isn’t damage, etc to the property.

Monthly Pet Fees:
- $30/month per cat or dog under 40 lbs
- $50/month per dog over 40 lbs

Although we don’t have a current list of breeds not allowed, Manor Leasing must approve the pet before move-in. Check with the leasing agent for any other animals.

Our maximum number of pets permitted per residential unit is two. If you have 2 pets, the pet security deposit is increased to $325.
